Performance Hockey Academy is committed to providing camps and programs that not only fit every skill level and background, but also infuse our supportive and innovative teaching approach.

SUMMER DAY CAMP
With a blend of 2 hours of on-ice training, dryland training, outdoor games, and team building activities, this is the perfect Summer program to get your budding athlete back on the ice and into the game.

Our team of camp counsellors make our off ice time as much fun as the on-ice time!

1 WEEK JULY CAMP AND 1 WEEK AUGUST CAMP AVAILABLE!
SKILLS TRAINING
In this 10-week program, students have the opportunity to push their skills, techniques and confidence to a new level, with individual development focused on:
​
Powerskating: balance, edgework, stops and starts, stride development/mechanics, balance, acceleration, backwards skating, crossovers, turns, pivots, and conditioning.
Puck Skills: shooting, stickhandling, deking, evasive maneuvers, passing/pass receiving, puck protection, skating with a puck.

FALL 2024 REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!
RISING STARS
NEW for 4-6 year olds! Enhanced development focusing on individual skills training. This 6-week program focuses on progressive skating technique, puck skills, and gameplay preparation.

Spring 2024 term is SOLD OUT.
Spring 2025 information to be released early 2025. The program is expected to run mid-April to mid-June (8 weeks).
LEARN TO PLAY HOCKEY
Performance Hockey is proud to partner with Brampton Hockey to lead the Timbits Learn to Play program. A 20 week program from September to March, that provides a strong hockey foundation for 4-6 year olds. The program includes one hour of development instruction and one game per week.

MARCH BREAK CAMP
This 5-day camp will focus on enhanced drills and training, so your athlete can make the most of the last few weeks of the hockey season, and prepare for Spring Tryouts.
​
With 2 hours of ice each day, participants work on all the components of our weekly skills training sessions with one hour focused on power skating and one hour focused on puck skills.
